About
From its very first offering, a panel discussion entitled Black Women, Food, and Power, to the widely lauded Black Food Summit, the program under Chef-in-Residence Bryant Terry’s direction has brought together hundreds of leading Black chefs, writers, scholars, activists, artists, and other creatives to advance the health and well-being of the African Diaspora. After originating and serving seven-plus years as MoAD’s Chef in Residence, Chef Terry stepped down and made room for his successor, Jocelyn Jackson, in 2023.
